Reviewers consistently praise the reception and community management team, particularly Varun and Lee, for attentive and professional service that makes visits pleasant and stress-free. The facility itself is clean and offers flexible short-term office space with good views, though one reviewer flagged aggressive email follow-ups after a price inquiry.
Staff inspire confidence with genuine dedication; parents report consistent updates on their child's progress and warm relationships across locations. Activities span cooking, art, soccer, and phonics alongside standard childcare.
Most families describe a centre where educators build real connections and children thrive developmentally, supported by clean spaces, good food, and regular photo updates. Yet a recent review raises serious concerns: unsafe ratios in the baby room, a child left unfed for extended periods twice, and unresponsive management after staff changes. Earlier reviews from before these shifts praised the same centre highly, suggesting recent changes have created inconsistency.
Parents consistently report that their children are happy, confident, and developing strong bilingual skills in a genuinely caring environment. Staff maintain remarkably low turnover, enabling deep attachments; educators tailor care to each child's needs, send photos and activity updates throughout the day, and speak Mandarin naturally alongside English. The centre operates separate rooms by age group (Bao Bao for infants, You You and Gao Gao for older children), offers music, drama, art, fitness, and rooftop soccer, and maintains its own kitchen. Parents value both the language immersion and the thoughtful transitions between rooms. Five-year attendance is common, with families crediting the centre for boosting confidence, kindness, and curiosity.
