Most families describe a centre where educators build real connections and children thrive developmentally, supported by clean spaces, good food, and regular photo updates. Yet a recent review raises serious concerns: unsafe ratios in the baby room, a child left unfed for extended periods twice, and unresponsive management after staff changes. Earlier reviews from before these shifts praised the same centre highly, suggesting recent changes have created inconsistency.
Staff inspire confidence with genuine dedication; parents report consistent updates on their child's progress and warm relationships across locations. Activities span cooking, art, soccer, and phonics alongside standard childcare.
Reviewers consistently praise the reception and community management team, particularly Varun and Lee, for attentive and professional service that makes visits pleasant and stress-free. The facility itself is clean and offers flexible short-term office space with good views, though one reviewer flagged aggressive email follow-ups after a price inquiry.
Job seekers in Perth consistently report fast placements and strong support from named recruiters like Zara, Mia, Jason, and Beth, who stay in close contact and tailor roles to suit individual backgrounds. Most praise their approachability and clear communication, though one candidate felt let down by a rude receptionist during an early visit. Hays handles temporary-to-permanent transitions, FIFO and contract placements, and career changes smoothly. Their team manages interview prep, CV updates, and ongoing career guidance. Success spans sectors from accounting to government and trades, with candidates noting that personal attention makes the process less stressful than typical job searching.
