Birthday parties here run smoothly and keep kids engaged with LEGO builds and themed games; named hosts like Alexandra, Yujie, and Ethan consistently receive praise for energy and professionalism. The space is roomy enough for kids to work comfortably and parents to self-cater, though one reviewer noted incomplete projects and poor staff response when problems arose, and another flagged that large groups (16 kids) can stretch thin staffing despite hosts' efforts.

Most families report warm, engaged educators who know their children well and spaces full of thoughtful activities and play. Staff stay long-term, which builds trust. One family flagged that the no-makeup illness policy and ignored complaints about outbreaks plus surprise fee jumps created real frustration-though most reviewers say they never experienced this.
