Birthday parties here run smoothly and keep kids engaged with LEGO builds and themed games; named hosts like Alexandra, Yujie, and Ethan consistently receive praise for energy and professionalism. The space is roomy enough for kids to work comfortably and parents to self-cater, though one reviewer noted incomplete projects and poor staff response when problems arose, and another flagged that large groups (16 kids) can stretch thin staffing despite hosts' efforts.
