What reviewers think

Quality of service hinges on which staff member you see. Reviewers praise specific case workers for hands-on job coaching, motivation, and genuine follow-up, while others report passive-aggressive treatment, long phone waits to rebook, and workplace gossip. The last year shows declining satisfaction, with recent reviews split nearly 1-to-1 between strong endorsements and sharp complaints.
