Five-star reviews highlight attentive educators, well-designed activities, and consistent care quality across age groups. The centre builds on 30 years operating in Subiaco with structured learning (yoga, French, Aboriginal programs) and full catering alongside daily care.
All 10 reviews are five-star. Parents consistently praise the staff as genuinely caring and attentive to their children's development. The centre is known for its artistic focus, well-resourced facilities, chef-prepared meals, and daily photo updates via a personal login.
Baby Steps draws strong loyalty for acupuncture with Kelly Lee, who reviewers credit with managing chronic pain, hormonal shifts, and injury recovery. Families who used pediatric services under Dr Levitt report mixed results: while some felt genuinely cared for, others report dismissive care and missed diagnoses including tongue tie and food allergy in infants. Reception communication about test results is unreliable, and clinic runs chronically late. Pricing concerns emerge alongside questions about whether mixed services (skin removal, acupuncture, adult health) align with a centre marketed for babies and families.
