What reviewers think

Families consistently report their children thrive here, with most praising the educators' long tenure, genuine warmth, and ability to help children with developmental delays and autism flourish. Staff welcome flexible attendance adjustments and maintain daily photo updates via app. One dated complaint flagged understaffing and behaviour management; recent reviews suggest the centre has since stabilized under new ownership and relocated to a larger facility with better outdoor space.

The centre follows play-based and nature-focused learning, serves wholesome home-made meals, and positions itself around Reggio Emilia principles. Parents note extended drives are worth it for the level of trust and connection they feel. Leadership remains responsive to individual family needs, including therapies and dietary requirements.

Most families report happy, settled children and caring staff who communicate well and go out of their way to support individual needs, especially for children with autism or additional support requirements. However, several recent reviews flag serious concerns: hygiene lapses during toilet training, staff turnover affecting quality, billing errors, and incidents like mould on water bottles and unexplained injuries that parents felt were not taken seriously. The centre appears to have declined over the past 12 months.
