Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
The Department of Communities faces serious complaints about family intervention decisions, staff conduct, and communication. Reviewers describe fractured relationships and feel the department has acted without proper justification or explanation. Average rating of 2.4 across 11 reviews reflects consistent dissatisfaction.
Most patients describe doctors and staff who listen carefully, explain clearly, and treat them with genuine care. A small number felt hurried through consultations and dismissed; one patient with Dr. Catherine Liu paid $100 for an appointment where she felt unheard about back pain, while another reported poor communication with a different doctor. The best experiences highlight doctors like Dr. Brittany and Dr. Alan Lam who take time with patients.
Mirabilia Citiplace is known for staff who form lasting bonds with children and stay long-term, creating a settled environment. Parents consistently praise the daily updates, spacious play areas, and the balance between learning and play; a few older complaints about incident handling and photo turnaround times stand out against the overwhelming positive pattern.
