Lollipops runs a tight, stable operation where staff stay for years and greet families by name. The director Lilli has been there 20+ years, and educators like Mel, Georgia and Jess build genuine relationships with children and parents. Daily photos and activity updates arrive through their app, so parents see sleep, meals, learning moments and the weekly menu. Kids bring home craft for special occasions and show enthusiasm for both structured activities and free play.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
All ten reviews are five-star, describing staff as caring and patient with genuine engagement in each child's learning. Parents specifically praise the Montessori approach, clean facilities, outdoor spaces, meals provided, and the centre's balance of structure with freedom for child-led exploration.
Long-term families report educators who know their children deeply, handle transitions with patience, and maintain uncommonly low staff turnover over years. The Montessori method and small-group setting let children learn at their own pace through hands-on activities like baking, gardening, and sensory play. A dated review raised concern about food quality versus fees, though no recent evidence supports this remains an issue.
Parents notice their children arrive eager and stay deeply attached to staff. Long-serving educators build real relationships with families, and daily app updates let parents see what their child learns. The centre itself feels warm and home-like, with good outdoor space, nature play, fresh cooked meals, and structured learning. Fremantle parents are willing to drive from other suburbs rather than switch centres. The leadership team stays hands-on, staff turnover is notably low, and the place earns consistent praise for feeling like a genuine community, not just a service.
