Staff including Angela, Shravani, and Fiza earn consistent praise for attentiveness and genuine warmth toward infants and toddlers. Parents highlight the clean spaces, learning activities, outdoor play area, and responsive communication-many note their children now look forward to attending.
Reviewers consistently praise staff care and daily communication, with many families staying for years. One older complaint contrasts sharply with the recent pattern of strong satisfaction and child development outcomes.
Staff go out of their way to know children by name, remember their quirks, and send daily photos and updates. Parents consistently mention the same educators by name (Elise, Joscelyna, Joyce, Sandra, Dakota, Ash, Teena), speaking to strong continuity and relationships. The centre operates a flexible FIFO schedule, maintains spotless facilities with an in-house kitchen, and creates a home-like feel within large, well-organised spaces. Children with additional needs are welcomed and thrive here. Learning happens across structured programs (School Readiness, Bush Kinder, Garden to Plate, animal care) and outdoor play in a giant tree-filled outdoor area. Many children attend for years without changing. Parents value the director Ash and management team for actively listening and accommodating family needs. The main watch is outdoor play equipment: one reviewer hoped for additional structures, though most celebrate the tree and spacious yard instead.
Staff earn consistent praise for warmth and attentiveness; kids return year after year for school holidays and after-school pickup. Activities and supervision keep children engaged and parents assured.
