What reviewers think

The business divides sharply: one-star reviewers cite excessive charges (over $300 for 15 minutes), incomplete cleaning, and poor management responsiveness. Five-star reviewers praise individual cleaners like Marilyn, Rebecca, and Khim for friendliness and care. The office staff get credit for handling booking changes efficiently, but core service quality and pricing transparency are serious concerns.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
