What reviewers think

Loyalists praise the carers' warmth and 12-year track records, but frustrated users cite constant roster changes, last-minute cancellations without notice, and ignored emails. The split opinion (40% five-star against 40% one-to-two-star) reflects a pattern: long-term clients report stability, while newer users encounter scheduling chaos and unmet expectations.

Sagewood Early Learning Joondalup

4.8(59)✓ Google-verified

Parents who arrived recently praise the Montessori approach, attentive staff, and welcoming environment. Sagewood excels at settling anxious children and fostering independence through hands-on learning in a clean, secure facility. Longer-serving families report a sharp decline from 2024 onwards: over 40 educator turnovers, sudden leadership changes, and removal of core Montessori materials without communication. Several felt the centre became ordinary after once being exceptional, though newer reviews suggest stability may be returning.

Insight Early Learning - Joondalup

Parents consistently return to Insight Joondalup because children arrive excited each morning. Staff across all levels build genuine relationships, follow through on concerns, and the on-site chef cooks fresh meals daily that children actually enjoy. Learning happens through play-based activities, excursions to libraries and beaches, and themed crafts; daily app updates keep families connected. The outdoor play area and mix of imaginative resources rather than screens set it apart. Kylie and Trish are named favorites, but reviewers highlight the breadth of the team-male and female educators, managers who champion wellbeing, and a leadership group quick to support parents with casual bookings or requests around nap times. Families with multiple children often enroll siblings across nursery through kindergarten, testament to consistency across age groups.

Croc's Playcentre Joondalup

3.5(139)✓ Google-verified

Party bookings shine: staff like Angie, Clair, and Tahni handle catering and entertainment end-to-end so parents relax, and the recent renovation added modern play structures kids enjoy. But cleanliness lapses concern some, and pricing ranked top-tier without matching toddler amenities. Walk-in visits are hit-and-miss. The renovated play zone suits 4 to 8-year-olds well, but one-year-olds have limited options at $40 per child. Several reviewers flagged dirty mats and blood stains morning-of, and parking fills quickly during busy times.
