What reviewers think
Families consistently report their children thrive at Billabong, with the same trusted educators present year after year. Staff actively support each child's development, communicate regularly with parents, and accommodate individual needs including additional learning support and family preferences like cloth nappies.
The centre operates as not-for-profit, reinvesting fees into spaces and activities. Shani, the manager, is repeatedly named for her hands-on leadership and responsiveness. One recent complaint alleges deposit non-refund; the wider pattern of reviews suggests this is an isolated issue against a 4.7-star track record with 36 reviews.
