All five reviewers report happy children, low separation anxiety, and staff they trust deeply. Leadership changes (Sukhdeep and Rachel from August 2026) have lifted the centre's atmosphere, with one parent noting the physical space feels brighter. Mandarin instruction and daily visual updates stand out; families credit the flexibility and genuine care for staying with the centre despite distance.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Staff consistency and genuine care stand out across all reviews. Parents report their children transition smoothly through infant, toddler, and pre-kindergarten rooms, with daily photos and open communication keeping families informed and connected.
Parents consistently report feeling at peace leaving their children here. Educators are described as genuinely caring and patient, the facilities are clean with ample outdoor space, and staff share daily photos and updates on meals, naps, and activities. Children show measurable growth in confidence and social skills; most reviewers describe their child loving to attend.
Most families describe their children thriving and eager to attend, supported by staff who send daily photos and updates through an app. The centre is clean and offers varied activities both indoors and outdoors. However, two families had serious concerns: one reported unaddressed scratches and inconsistent breakfast service, plus defensive responses from management to safety feedback; another reported their deaf child was subjected to an inappropriate assessment that staff then denied. These incidents suggest gaps in incident reporting and accessibility practices.
